Vk (short for Vkontake), a very popular Russian social network has been blocked by PTA for unknown reasons. Vk was also being offered in Pakistan's national language Urdu (اردو), but not many Pakistanis were using it since Facebook is way more popular in Pakistan. But those attracted to Russian culture and language or those looking forward to learn the language surely found the web service useful.

The site also offers free music video streaming.

We'll update the article as more updates arrive. Stay in touch!

Here's a link to Vkontakte (Vk). This one uses HTTPS protocol so it might work but accessing Vk on HTTP doesn't work. But don't hope for this hole to remain open, PTA will soon block HTTPS access too!

Windows 8 Release Preview: Mail, People, Calendar & Messaging Apps http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=123

This article is written on a Windows 8 Release Preview (RP) notebook. The following apps were vigorously tested for bugs, what is improved and what isn't.

Mail

The mail app just got better, previously -on Windows 8 Consumer Preview- it needed you to open the Windows 8 App bar each time you needed to switch between Mail accounts or folders like going from you Inbox to Sent Item or Trash etc would take three clicks/taps. Here's why the three steps:

  1. Drag or Right click to open the Windows 8 App bar.
  2. Select either Accounts or Folders from the Windows 8 App bar.
  3. Another panel from the left edge of the screen will appear listing either Accounts or Folders.

This glitch has been solved in the Windows 8 Release Preview, as the panel is now always shown and includes both Accounts (top) and Folders (bottom).

Pinning Settings Charm

Other than pinning each Acccount to the Windows 8 Start screen, another major relief is the improvement of the Settings Charm which now allows configuring individual Accounts for options like:

    1. How much mails should be recieved
    2. Whether images should be downlaoded automatically or not
    3. Changing the password
    4. Showing notifications for an account
    5. Naming the account
      1. Now this is a huge improvement as in Windows 8 Consumer Preview, having multiple Google Accounts meant there was no way to differentiate between them when for instance saving a contact to a specific Google Account, each of them were named as 'Google'.And yes, it was ridiculous.
    6. When should new mail be fetched (defaults to as it arrives)
Accounts may also be exempted from the Mail app without influencing other dependent apps adversely.

People

The People app on Windows 8 now displays photos of your contacts on the People app tile on Windows 8 Start screen. The App bar now includes 'People' button on the left side which takes you back to the contacts list -called People. On Windows 8 Consumer Preview, the integration with Twitter and Facebook was a little bit buggy or a better word to define it isunwieldy, while in Windows 8 Release Preview, it much better smooth.

Zoom out to see all Contacts at a Glance

Contacts or People view now also includes the zoom out functionality which was already included on Windows 8 Start screen and 'All apps'. It makes browsing through people way easier than before.

There's a glitch that still exists between People Messaging contract that is explained in the Messaging section below.

Calendar

The Windows 8 Calendar app recieved some improvements in the Settings Charm. These new options allow you to disable the Calendars of Accounts that you don't use for Calendar and are only being used for the Mail app.

Messaging

The Windows 8 Messaging app has improved quite a lot as you can now add smiley as well and more details are added here and there that might not be visible at first glance but are noticable after using it couple of times. Still it doesn't allow you to message your Facebook friends when they are offline and it also doesn't support Google Messenger/Chat.

A major glitch between People Messaging Contract

A major glitch in the Windows 8 Messaging app is that if you open People app and select your own name, then click on 'Send Message', it'll take you to the Messaging app. The Messaging app doesn't know how to handle this request, so it crashes right after displaying the logo and reopening it does the same even after restarting the PC.

The workaround to this problem is to start Messaging app and immediately snap it to either side of the screen. It'll display a list of People you've recently been chatting with. Select anyone other than your own name and it will solve the problem unless you accidentally select your name again from the list.

Making Windows 8 work better on notebook PCs: Charms & Gestures http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=121

This article focusesnotebook PCs (high-end laptops), powered by Windows 8 and notnetbook PCs (low-end laptops) powered by Windows 8, so all of these facts/methods might not apply to the device you are using.

Windows 8 is usually seen as an Operating System (OS) for tablet PCs and something that completely alien to the Desktop PC world. Let's see how it performs on a notebook PC with a multi-touch touchpad, a mouse and a keyboard.

Scrolling using touchpad gestures

Bigger touchpad means better control. Specially multi-touch touchpads on Windows 8 powered notebook PCs/Laptops which allow gestures pressure sensitivity may vastlyincrease the efficiency of the OS. Make sure you've the drivers for your multi-touch touchpad installed otherwise gestures might not work, it highly depends on the drivers.

Synaptics touchpads are famous for supporting touch gestures on the Windows PC platform.

Gestures that make navigation and control better include:

Momentum

On smaller screens like netbooks, it might not matter, but on larger 1080p "Full HD" screens, it is one the top priorities of users to move the cursor across the screen faster and precisely.

Two-finger scroll

Scrolling using two fingers both horizontally and vertically makes a huge difference as it overleapsthe need to point, click and drag a scroll bar.

Three finger flick

On interfaces where the left and right arrows, the page up and page down buttons are assigned different tasks than the primary tasks, the three finger flicks comes in handy by providing more options, like opening a slideshow app while viewing photos.

Three finger press

Usually, this gesture is assigned to open one or more apps at the same time.

Two finger press

Used as a replacement for the mouse wheel button or the right click button. Makes scrolling really easier with a multi-touch Windows 8 powered notebook PC/Laptop.

Edge detection

Not very popular pre-Windows 8 period but with the effect of Charms Bar, App Bar and Recent Apps, this feature is a must-have for new touchpads as it enables you to open the right options bar by swiping in from the dedicated edge. Swipe in from the right side to open Charms Bar, Bottom to open the App Bar Left to open the recently accessed -metro- app.

Pinch to zoom

Extremely useful in most of the metro apps as most of the content is pretty unusable without quick zooming functionality.

It wasn't removed, it was replaced!

Start menu is now succeeded by Start Screen Charms bar.The most used options can still be accessed, the perception that they are more optimal for touch/mobile PC users and less for desktop PC users depends on the PC user, the amount of experience s/he has had with a PC immensely increases his/her chances of a better experience with Windows 8.

The Start Button isn't exactlyremoved it's rather been hidden, as pointed the cursor at the bottom left corner of the screen brings up the Start tile which can take you back to the Start screen from an app and from the Start screen to the recently opened app excluding Desktop apps as of Consumer Release Preview.

The Charms bars appears when you drag the cursor from the top right corner to the bottom right corner of the screen or the opposite way. It includes:

  • Search
Opens the full screen search interface which can also be access using the keyboard shortcut Windows Logo + Q. Or simply open the Start Screen (Windows Logo) and start typing and it'll automatically start searching.
  • Share
Any apps installed may use this contract to share with others apps whatever is currently on the screen.
  • Start Button
Takes you back to the Start Screen or currently opened app if already on the Start Screen.
  • Devices
    Provides access to Printers, Screens...
  • Settings
This Charm contains two types of options, a dynamic menu and 6 static options. The static options include the Power button, Brightness control, Volume control, Network status and configuration the Language Input method menu. While the dynamic menu depends on the app that is currently in use. Two options namely "Permissions" "Rate Review" are always displayed except for the Start screen and the "Desktop" app.

Grouping Apps in Start Screen

App grouping in the Start Screen can help you be more efficient and productive by accessing the apps you use a lot faster. Tasks get done faster when you know where the tools are placed. A sample grouping may be placing the Mail, People, Messaging Calendar apps in a group while placing the Finance, Sports, News Weather apps in another. Thus making it easier to differentiate between the types of apps.

This answers how to groups apps on the Start Screen. It's quite easy to groups apps on the Start Screen, just drag some apps to a blank space on the Start Screen, zoom out, right click (touch drag down a little bit) the newly organized lone group of apps you just created, the apps bar at the bottom of the screen will appear, click or touch "Name Group", enter a name and press Save. The newly entered name appears on the group. Zoom in and that name will become a little bit larger in size.

After Installing Windows 8: What should I do?

Start Screen also allowes pinning folders and any kinds of shortcuts from the "Desktop" app.

Something that you should put your time into after installing all of your apps on Windows 8 is pinning them to the Start Screen in an easy to remember order grouping.

Of course, this post doesn't coverall of the newer interface changes but it briefly describes how Windows 8 is different than it's predecessors.

This article is written on a Windows 8 PC. Visit the official Windows 8 Website(opens in a new window).

You should first watch the video if you haven't already, because reading this article after you've watched the video would be much better. Well, the does have an emotional effect on me, but after a little research I finally evaded it.

If you've already watched the video, you should skip to the next section.

This video was uploaded by an organization called "Invisible Children".

If, for any reason, you are not being able to watch the "KONY 2012" video, it is about how a person called "Joseph Kony" in Uganda. Who is abducting children and converting them into child soldiers. Kony is running a terrorist organization calledLord's Resistance Army (LRA).

So the theme of KONY 2012 get Joseph Kony popular so that

Illulminati - KONY 2012 - 10 Reason you should AVOID it!

Why should you Avoid KONY 2012

  • America shouldn't step into another war as it is already intervening in many wars like the Iraq war, the Afghan war. America has even bigger problems to worry about including the American Economical Problems.
  • This video features the pictures of leaders that themselves are child murderers. Hadn't George Bush waged a wars in Muslim countries and murdered innocent children?
  • It is suspected that the Capaign is started by American Govt. to acquire the natural resources in Uganda.
  • There is no way to justify the intervention of American Forces in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, Uganda should next.
  • Do you really want you city walls to have hundreds of posters pasted onto them. It really doesn't sound very clean moral.

Reasons behind the Infamousness of Pakistan Police http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=78

This article is not meant to offend any one, this article includes some realities that do exist in Pakistani Police, and the Pakistani Police needs to do some serious work about it.

The police department in general has some duties, some responsiblities, which if not done properly may result in notoriety. In case of Pakistani Police, the followingreasons result in ill-fame:

  1. The greatest reason seems to be the tendency of Pakistan Police towards corruption.
  2. Not doing their job, the way it should be done. There are some standards they should follow, there are some basic duties Pakistan Police is assigned.
  3. Using their rights wrongfully.
  4. Rude or unethical behavior. Many Pakistani Policemen's rude and unethical behavior may result in the ill fame of the whole department
  5. Punishing the poor citizens for nothing, or for the crimes of the elite, huge amounts of bribes are another reason, though this isn't the case always.
  6. Doing the job for the pleasure of some "key" politicians.

The Affect of Politics on Pakistan Police Department

  1. The Prime Ministers, Chief Ministers and manyother ministers control the Police department, they deploy the police wherever they want, and every just/unjust work is done under their direct orders.
  2. The elected political party uses the police to trick the opposition bodies into crimes they don't even commit.
  3. Some Pakistani Government officials alsobribe the Police forces to commit crimes that consequently save their authority and place in the Goverment, and to maintain their public figure.

Some Recommendations for the Betterment of Pakistan Police Department

  • Policemen and Police officers should never be pressurized politically.
  • The duty timing of Pakistani Policemen should be lessened, this will result in an increment in the shifts and is manageable.
  • Policement and Police officers should also do their job unfeignedly.
  • The Pakistani Police Departments requires some major advances in terms of using new technologies for decreasing crime rates and increasing transparency in the society, so the Pakistani Government should provide sufficient facilities to fill the void.
  • Higher officials should treat their subordinates with respect and shouldn't involve them in illegal activities.

Windows 7 Aero - Some Unwieldy Behaviours http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=35

The behaviors mentioned in this post doesn't mean at all that you should stop using Windows 7 or shouldn't give it a try, these are just minor bugs (that can be irritating at times). You won't even notice these problems if you aren't a "Power User" of Windows.

It is not about new features that we want for Windows 7, it is about the old features that aren't completely built or show clunky behavior. Each feature has a behaviour, an interface set, which makes the user work according to itself, which develops "user experience". This interface or options set (whatever you call it), should be easy, contextual and accurate. Its purpose is to ease the user, not to make his/her experience worse.

Windows 7 Program or Task Switching Window Loses Focus

Since Windows Vista - I guess so - the windows task switching menu or windows, whatever you call it, improved - only for people who are able to run Windows Aero. Now it shown the thumbnails of the running programs and it shown an icon for the Windows Desktop as well. When you hover the Icon or Thumbnail - as in Windows 7 - you are actually peeking at it, all other Windows turn into glass while the one becomes more focused, its shadow's intesity increases and the glass becomes more vivid. But this isn't the case always, even with this HP G62 B51SE Laptop, which rates 5.0 in the Windows Experience Index (from 1.0 to 7.9), sometimes, the Task Switching Window in Windows 7 loses focus when hovering a thumbnail on it. The thumbnail hovered becomes focussed, but the Task Switching Window still keeps responding, moving thepointer on another thumbnailstill works.

Windows 7 Program or Task Switching Window Loses Focus

Focus, Once set on the Windows 7 Taskbar, cannot be unfocused

By this, I mean that when you hover on the Windows 7 Taskbar Pinned Icons, they show colors. And if, the mouse stays on one of them for a second, a tooltip appears. And in some cases, when you move the mouse away, the tooltip or the color on the Windows 7 Taskbar Pinned Icon would stay there.

It happened only once ona HP G62 B51SE Laptop, but many times on a PC, it might be due to the slowness of the PC - thats what I think. The Laptop scores 5.0 in the Windows 7 Aero category in Windows Experience Index. While the PC, doesn't even run aero, it can be due to the Windows 7 Basic theme. Anyway, its a bug, and its annoying.

Windows 7Games Folder Takes Too Much Time to Open

Windows 7 Games Folder Takes Too Much Time To OpenThe Windows 7 Games folder takes quite a lot of time to load itself completely, I don't know why but, it behaves mysteriously. The controls on game icons are also not enough, like instead of "Delete", you see hide in the context menu which actually makes no sense, hidden games can be shown again (not selectively - all at once). It would be good if Windows 8 Games folder includes more options and isn't buggy like this one.

Also, if you click on a Game icon, it will take some time, maybe a second before it gets selected, and the preview pane in Windows 7 Games folder(didI mention it has multiple tabs - Ratings, Performance and Statistics)doesn't remeberwhich tab was previously selected. Sometimes when you want to compare your statistics from all games you require the "Statistics Tab" to stay selected when you move from one game to another.

Windows 7 Start Menu Power Button

This isn't a BIG problem, you know the power button says "Shut Down" most of the times, so why read it? It never wasa 3-lines paragraph you were dying to read, but its importantas a part of the whole Windows 7 Aero interface, that it should be readable in all conditions.

Windows 7 Start Menu Power ButtonJust like in every other place, like the Windows title bar, Task Switching Window, Windwos 7 Desktop Gadget Gallery etc, the text present on transparent bodies always has a glow that makes it quite readable, the same glow could've been used on the Windows 7 Start Menu buttons text, not just the Power Button, but all other buttons as well.

Windows 7 - Basic Theme doesn't Support Multiple Colors

For those people who can't run Windows Aero on both Windows Vista - if thats what youlike -and Windows 7 are stuck with the Windows Basic theme, which is the worst theme seen in the windows history, yeah, if you don't count the Classic themes, they were the worst. But even those "Worst" themes had something that this landlocked Windows Basic theme lacks - customization. I don't think you want to get stuck in a room where you see nothing but "Sky" color, spread all around the "Desktop", the "Windows", the "Tools", everywhere.

Specially at night or in darker conditions, that "Sky" color is unbearable, even if you dimthe display to its broadest. You'll still feel your eyes suffering. But this isn't the crack of doom, there's still hope in the Windows Platform, with the release of Windows 8 developers preview first, and the Windows 8 beta after that, I can say that windows IS getting better.

Kids Room - What, How, Where and Why? http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=90 Kids room is meant forchildren ranging from ages 3 to 9 years.

Kids Room - Why is it Needed?

The world of kids is completely different from the world of older/mature people, theytake alot of interestin colors and pictures. The elderly setup their rooms according their own requirements, whichbecomes quite irritating for theirkids, hence wherever there are kids, there needs to be a kids room.

Kids Room - How is it Important

Kids roomisa place where the child likes to spend more time becausehe's passing through very complex and difficult period of learning new things in his/her life, where it is nearly impossible to make him/her learn many new things directly, so he/she should be provided the environment of his/her choice, and the goals in making him/her learn new things should be accomplished without making them feel the burden.

Kids Room -At Home

At home, some rooms are particularized for specific purposes, for example, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms etc. Likewise there should be a room specifically for kids - decorated according to their choice and requirements. That same room will the kids "Activity Room" and bedroom as well, so they spend their day time doing activites, learning new things in their room and when they get tired, they can sleep in the very room.

Kids Room -At School

Schools are considered the secondary home for kids, the wayKids like a well decorated and colorfulroom for themselves at home, the same-way, a well decorated room is their requirement when start going school at the age of 3 years and above. But there is a littletendency towards making kids room in schools in quite a lot of countries.

The difference between kids room and schools rooms isn't quite clear for many people, they often think "Kids Room" as a class-room that has painted wall or walls, having Alphabets, cartoons or basic counting written on them. Although this belief can't be 100% wrong but kids room at school is something unlike a normal class-room.

Kids room is usually made for play group, 3 to 4 years old children are admitted in play group, therefore there age group should be kept in mind while preparing a room specifically for them. Where they don't have to face theburden due to studies, even ifplay groupkids are taught basic studies, it should done in such a way that they don't feel bored. Anyway, on this level, rather than rote learning basic alphabets, there should be an accepting environmentthat is "KidsRoom"and a teacher that loves the children. This way, when the child steps into the school environment, he/she likes it.

Children's practical access to kids room The countries where education is basically the direct responsibility of the government, and governmental school system is active, either don't make kids rooms in their schools; and in those few countries that do make kids rooms in schools, the schooladministration won't allow the kids to use it, asit is afraid ofthe educationofficers. The schooladministration also believes that kids might ruin the costly decor of kids room. And whenever the officers will come to check the kids room, they'll insult the school administration.

This situation isn't limited to the governmental school system, private schools - the one's solely opened for monetarilyprofits - do havea room for the kids, but its only purpose is to attract the parents who're searching for a good school for their kids.

Kids room should be accessible to the kids either directly or under supervision wherever they spent there time happily and start loving the school environment. The purpose of kids room is to make the kids interested in their school, once that purpose is accomplished, the kids start loving their school instead of feeling strangeness orirritation or ultimatelyhatred towardstheir school.

Privatization - How is the Power Sector Affected http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=85 Privatization is such multi-edged sword, which frightens the Labour Communtiy - whose stoves are already been dimmed due to the Price Hike in Pakistan.

Privatization Historyfor Pakistan

The era of privatization in Pakistan started in 1994 and all the profitable Pakistani Institutions were being sold for nothing. The name of Pakistan Steel Mills is a prominent one in this list, but thanks to Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chowhdary - Pakistani Supreme Court - who helped stop the privatization of Pakistan Steel Mills. But after that, the current Pakistani Government sped up the privatization process in Pakistan by selling Pakistan WAPDA, Pakistan Railway and Pakistan International Airlines to their favorite political supporters.

Karachi Electric Supply was sold, which isfacing loss constantly and is borrowing 700 megawatts of electricity per month from WAPDA. It needs to pay billioins of Rupees to many entities, around 300 million Rupees are to be paid by Pakistani Federal Institutions and Pakistan Railway needs to pay around 10 million Rupees[to WAPDA and other entities].

Since October 2011, private CEOs were appointed in IESCO and other descendents of WAPDA, the Pakistani Government started so-called betterment policies in the Power Sector.

The Official Opinion and Contracts

  • According to the Pakistani Government, all the descendent companies of WAPDA are running in loss, so new policies are crucial.
  • So, the Power Crisis can berooted outby handing the Power Sectorit over to the Private Sector.
  • CPA Engineers Association and the Labour community of Pakistan commends the Pakistani Government toreturn700 million rupees they got by signing the IPPs agreement.
  • Whilst WAPDA is providing 5% electricity to the system, the cost of electricity bought from IPPs is Rs 16 per unit as compared to WAPDA's Rs 5.50 per unit. The Government requires only 1 MCC of gas to feul its power plants.

Mafia and Electricity Power Plants

There are different types of Mafia in the world, there is an oil mafia in Pakistan, that never let the Power Sector work. Wherever there is lessoil available, it profits by making electricity from oil and wherever there is less gas available, it benefitsby electricity production from gas. While wherever water is available less frequently, the mafia benefits by generating electricity from it.

The Pakistani Power Crisis - Rising Realities http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=84 The Power sector plays a very important role in the development of a country. The whole country can be adversely affected, if the power sector is damaged and consequently the economy suffers. One of the very important factors behind public prosperity is the strength of the Power sector. But rightduring gaining independence, dominant countries clutched the newly born state, Pakistan.Pakistan, at the time of division of Indian sub-continent, has the capacity of producing about 10 megawatts of electricity only. Whereas, currently - the year 2012 - Pakistan is generating about 2000 megawatts of electricity.

The department/institution responsible for the supply of electricity and water - in Pakistan -is called WAPDA, which is usually seen guilty for the Power Crisis in Pakistan. The realities are far more complicated indeed.

The Diminishment of WAPDA -Pakistan

1985 - it happened - but the Pakistani public was never aware of the fact that their country's Power supply roots were being countermined. It all started when WAPDA's authority/independence was revoked on the dictation ofthe Judaic Lobby intervened bank IMF, so that WAPDA may not generate electricity without governmental authorization. And the Pakistani Governments following 1985, continued the devastation of WAPDAat their very best.

1990 - Pakistan People's Party took the very first step towards the PowerCrisis in Pakistan bysigning the agreement of IPPs. WAPDA was further divided to 15 different companies in 1994, nonetheless it was generating a revenue of about 320billion Rupees[may be inaccurate].

The breakdown of WAPDA gifted Pakistan with PowerCrisis in Pakistan, for the sake of felicity of foreign masters. WAPDA -an instance of integrity in Pakistan, the second most biggest institution after Pakistan Army in Pakistan - was being broken down in order to break the integrity of Pakistani public, and create more tension in Pakistan. The remaininggrace of WAPDA was taken down in the tenure of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz)'s first government. Today, even if any of the Pakistani Political Parties - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Pakistan People's Party or Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) - gets elected, foreign hands will remain in Pakistan intactly; and until then, Pakistani Power Sector will see no change. This group of five - Dr. Hafeez Sheikh, Nadeem Akhtar, Khaqan Babar and others - has alwaysadvised theauthoritative wronglyand caused an unsustainable damage to the to the Pakistani Power Sector.

Results

The 1994 breakdown of WAPDA into 15 smaller companies has an output worst than ever expected, 13 out of these 15WAPDA-infant companies suffered from massive losses while only two had a successful startup which include IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) and FESCO (Faislabad Electric Supply Company).

Ways Leading to Betterment of Pakistani Power Sector

There seems only one possible way to the betterment of Pakistani Power Sector, if Engineers andthepeople working in relatedfields - who spenttheir whole life in WAPDA - should be included in the steps towards policy making for the Pakistani Power Sector. Shams-ul-Mulk, Tariq Hameed, Raja Abdul Ghufoor and Raja Saeed are some suggested names of engineers working in WAPDA who can be worth in the Pakistani Power Sector's policy making process. Foreign Industrialists should be invited for a new start in Pakistan, which may effectively result in the removal of unemployment in Pakistan.

The Desktop Operating Systems - Miles Away From Innovation http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=54 Windows is the most user-friendly operating system in the world, while Mac OSXis good as compared to Linux. But the fact is, all of 'em need much configuration before they can actually be used for anything real productive and creative. All of them have built-in multimedia capabilities, though linux requires some 3rd party software installs before it can even be useful for entertainment.

Just Claims - Nothing's real

Multimedia capabilities aren't the only thing Operating System vendors should be working on, the user interface as well, there is something that is most important, and thats the minor, unlimited options or behaviors. Each operating system vendor claims that its operating system adopts itself to the user's behavior and habits, but this isn't true.

Windows Vista to Windows 7 - Nothing major was changing

On Each release of Windows alone, customers are shownunlimited features in such a way as if they were new and unique, while they are nothing but old features covered in a new skin. I'm also including the Windows 7 Gadgets to this list, because they were also present in Windows Vista, the only thing that was new, was the removal of the "Side bar" itself. The gadgets remained intact, nothing was new about them or the platform. Microsoft could have done this much faster like they did it in Windows 8, the Metro UI should've been included in Windows 7, because Windows 7 was serving an aesthetic rather than a useful purpose, by which I mean Windows Aero, new Taskbar Interface, new ways to arrange windows and the new furnishing with a glass.

The release of Windows Vista was a shame, it was nothing but a pain for laptops as it drained battery faster than any OS, rather than preferring the Windows Aero interface, Microsoft could've done a very good job by working on the Windows Vista core, they could'vereduced the Memoryusage and the overall slow-ness of the operating system. On the move from Windows Vista to Windows 7, I felt like it was a great releif because I was sick of the slow, irresponsive and buggy behavior of the OS. Windows Aero should have been release in Windows 7, rather than Windows Vista. This way, we would've got abetter OS finished in less time.

Pakistan Police - Types, Duties and Timings http://inqnetwork.org/?page=2&article_articles=77 The basic objective of Police is to maintain peace and security in a country, and to safeguard the rights of citizens. The Police department was formedinthe caliphate of CaliphUmer Farooq, in the current era, the modern Police department per state/country was formed. This article highlights the Polce department in the Islamic Republic Of Pakistan and its types or sub-departments.

    Pakistan Police and its Types

Pakistan Police has at-least 12 Types, most of them are listed with brief descriptions below:

    Islamabad Police

The Federal Police - Islamabad Police - isaccountable for law and order situations in Islamabad area, its duty timing is relatively less, when compared to the Provincial Police. It works in 3 shifts per day, each divided into 8 hours. Further more, it is divided into these types:

    Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS)

The Anti Terrorist Squad goes through a very difficult training period, they are only appointed on the security of V.I.P and V.V.I.Ps. While some of the most important and dangerous raids are also conducted by these Policemen, as they are much more professional than other Police types.

    Islamabad Traffic Police
